Song: Radiohead "Paranoid Android"
I get why some people don't like Radiohead, but I think OK Computer is brilliant, although it is one where you need the lyrics / an explanation.
Today's tip is easy and powerful: Turn off notifications. Tell anyone who might need to contact you on a timely basis to actually call you (and then choose a non-startling ringtone). Focus and live in the moment.
When writing and editing Losing My Religions, I would get up and avoid email, texts, and social media. I would get something caffeinated to drink and work for several hours, uninterrupted.
