A year ago, I gave this update on the so-far horrible year of 2021. Since then, an antidepressant (well, two, as the first one had a side effect I just couldn't get past) has turned things around. That included helping me get totally off Oxy.
I was still on the maximum dose of the medicine for nerve pain (first Gabapentin, then Pregabalin). But about a month ago, I moved that dose down a bit. It was kinda rough for a few days (I had been on the max dose for over a year-and-a-half) and the pain is a bit worse, but overall worth it.
