The one center-right writer that doesn't drive me bananas is David Friedman. I don't agree with him on everything, and I think he does give in to the urge to be provocative just for provocation's sake. However, I do think he is worth reading. His latest: Climate Change and Food Supply, which is similar in some ways to this. (Also, correct link to his glaciers post. Carbon emissions ... are saving us all?)
