Billy! (Workout suggestion)

Way back in the day, I would workout to Billy Blanks' Tae Bo on VHS when the weather was bad in Pittsburgh (often). I still do, but less often here in sunny Tucson. And not VHS tapes -- YouTube. I do them always with weights (3-5 lbs, but you could do more). I do jump rope before and after for more extreme cardio. 

Here are suggestions:

10 minute abs*

30 minutes w/ ground work

30 minutes w/o ground work

60 minutes
