Summary of this too-long post:

- Instructions: Set behavior and tone (“Respond concisely, avoid speculation”).
- Sub-Instructions: Add focused control sections (prohibited topics, phrases).
- Reasoning: Encourage structured thinking (“Think step-by-step”).
