Song: Crash Test Dummies "Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm" (Their big hit). Another good: "Afternoons and Coffeespoons." That entire album is excellent, straight through.
In addition to regular meditation, I use Andrew-Tobias-endorsed BrainHQ to try to minimize my cognitive decline. Since my accident, it seems that I am groping for words more. (Luckily, Anne can finish my sentences.) I don't know how much of it is age, brain damage, and the nerve medicine I'm on. As you know from Day 12 Concluded, I used to be smart.
You can use BrainHQ once a day for free. I should probably subscribe and do it more often. The range of exercises is interesting (much more than just doing wordle or sudoku).
I should have linked to a Tears for Fears song for this post. |

I'll have to try BrainHQ! I recommend giving Lumosity a try. You can play three brain-stimulating games per day. Some of them are pretty entertaining! Love the meme and I can totally relate to that (sadly...LOL!).
