Instant Pot!

Thanks again to Anne's boss, who sent her an Instant Pot. I never thought I'd use one, but I use it all the time! 

Here's a good article from our friend (and one of One Step's videographers) Michelle. But IMHO, you don't need a cookbook -- you can Google anything (e.g., berbere lentils instant pot).
